At CyberWise Training Solutions, we know cybersecurity isn't just about technology, it's about people.
We help small and mid-sized businesses create a culture of awareness, responsibility, and everyday protection.
Cybersecurity training has a reputation problem. Too often, it's filled with jargon, fear tactics, and generic content that employees quickly forget. Most businesses don't need another lecture about “don't click that link!” They need training that sticks, delivered in a way their teams can actually relate to.
That's why we created CyberWise Training Solutions… to close the gap between technical awareness and human behavior. We focus on making cybersecurity understandable, relevant, and actionable for every employee, because when people feel confident, they make smarter choices.
CyberWise Training Solutions was founded by Brenda D. Jackson, who spent years building insider risk and enterprise security programs inside major financial institutions before bringing that same rigor to small and mid-sized businesses that don't have an enterprise security budget or a dedicated IT department.
She's a Certified Insider Threat Vulnerability Assessor (ITVA), a credential earned through Carnegie Mellon University. Brenda has seen firsthand that the biggest vulnerability in any organization isn't the firewall; it's the people behind the screen, and the honest mistakes they make. CyberWise Training Solutions was built to close that gap: turning complex security concepts into practical training your team will remember and use.
Brenda is also an adjunct communications instructor at two Iowa community colleges, which shows up in how CyberWise teaches…no jargon, no fear tactics, just clear explanations that stick.
We envision a world where cybersecurity isn't intimidating or reactive
but proactive, practical, and human-centered.
Every organization, no matter its size, deserves the knowledge and confidence
to keep its people, data, and reputation safe.
We make cybersecurity simple and
understandable for everyone.
We meet people where they are…
without judgment or jargon.
Security awareness is a culture,
not a one-time event.
